摘　　要：刺梨,地方中药材,多见于云贵地区,最早记载于《黔书》,其果实、根、叶、花均可入药,分别具有健胃消食、滋养补虚、强身壮体、涩精止泻、清热解暑等不同的功用,现代药理学研究证实,刺梨富含多种化合物质及营养成分,具有延缓衰老、调理自身免疫机能、抗肿瘤、抗动脉粥样硬化、解毒、镇静等多种功效,具有潜在的临床应用前景。Cili,the local Chinese herbal medicine,is common in Yunnan and Guizhou:most early recorded in the book Qianshu.It's fruit,root,leaf and flower can all be used as medicine and respectively has such various functions as invigorating stomach&digestion,nourishing tonic,strengthening the body,seminal diarrhea,Qingre and clearing summer-heat,etc.Modern pharmacological research confirmed that Cili is rich in variety of compounds and nutrients,and has anti-aging,conditioning autoimmunity,anti-tumor,anti-atherosclerosis,detoxification,sedative and other effects,which have potential broad prospects in clinical application.
