摘  要:以沪通铁路常熟站特大桥架梁工程为依托,针对单、双线大吨位箱梁对设备的支撑、吊装等要求不同,及单、双线箱梁并行且相邻的特点,通过研制单线箱梁的墩顶横移台车和改进双线箱梁提运架设备,满足了一套施工设备同时施工单、双线大吨位箱梁的要求。施工效果表明:通过对原有施工设备的适应性改进,可有效解决单、双线大吨位箱梁并行施工的难题,节约了施工成本,提高了施工效率。Based on the super long bridge girder project of Changshu station of Shanghai-Nantong railway,according to the different requirements for the support and hoisting of the large tonnage box girder with single line and double lines,and the characteristics of single line and double paralleled and adjacent lines box girder,the pier top transversal trolley of the single line box girder was developed and the carrying equipment of the double lines box girder was improved.It meets the requirements of a set of construction equipment that can simultaneously construct the large tonnage box girder with single line and double lines.The construction effect shows that the problem of parallel construction of the large tonnage box girder with single line and double lines can be solved effectively by the adaptation of the original construction equipment.The construction cost is saved and the construction eff iciency is improved.
