都梁软胶囊联合巴氯芬治疗慢性紧张型头痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察都梁软胶囊联合巴氯芬治疗慢性紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例),治疗组联合服用都梁软胶囊和巴氯芬,对照组单服巴氯芬,治疗15 d,观察治疗前后疼痛程度的改变。结果:治疗组比对照组疼痛程度降低明显(P<0.05),总有效率亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。未见明显不良反应。结论:都梁软胶囊和巴氯芬联合服用治疗慢性紧张性头痛效果好且无明显不良反应。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Duliang solf capsule(DSC)combined with baclofen tablet in patients with chronic tension-type headache(CTH).Methods:Ninety patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The treatment group was treated with DSC and baclofen tablet,and the control group only with baclofen tablet both for 15 days.The severities of pain before and after treatment were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the severity of pain was significantly decreased and the total effective rate increased in the treatment group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:DSC combined with baclofen tablet might be an effective and well-tolerated option for the treatment of patients with CTH without significant adverse reactions.
