摘　　要：翻转课堂是当今教学改革的方法之一,教师不再按传统教学模式大量占用课堂内时间来讲授知识,而是因材施教,体现以"学生为本"的思想和个性化教学理念,我们在血液学检验形态教学课堂上采用翻转课堂教学模式,培养学生的表达能力、科学思维能力及团队合作精神,推动了学生创新能力的培养,同时也使课堂效能最大化。Flipped classroom is one way of the teaching reforms.Teachers no longer occupy plenty of classroom time to teach knowledge according to the traditional teaching mode,but teach in accordance with students’aptitude to reflect the"student oriented"ideology and individual teaching.We use the flipped classroom teaching mode in the class of hematology morphology examination to cultivate the students'ability of expression,scientific thinking,team cooperation spirit,which promotes the cultivation of students'innovative ability and maximizes the effectiveness of classroom at the same time.
