摘　　要：流量计生产单位都要有一套水流量标准装置,为了检定准确度高的流量计,为此设计的水装置可以采用静态质量法检定流量计,校准的准确度≤0.3%。为了避免在使用静态质量法检定流量计时,水装置运行系统溢水现象,本装置采用了二种控制方法,杜绝了容器溢水现象。供水环节使用新韵的恒压供水系统,使得出厂的流量计是在同一个工况压力下完成检定,被检表管道都设计两台同时校准的管段接口,提高水装置产能。The flowmeter production manufacturer must have a set of water flow standard device,in order to calibrate the high accuracy of flowmeter,The water device designed for this purpose can be calibrated by static quality method,The calibration accuracy is less than 0.3%.In order to avoid water running system overflow phenomenon during the use of static quality method to calibrate the flow meter.Two control methods are adopted in this device to eliminate the overflow of the container.Water supply link using new conception of constant pressure water supply system,calibraion under the pressure of flow meter is in the same condition of complete check,checked table pipes are designed two calibration section of the interface at the same time,improve the water device's production capacity.
