无托槽隐形矫治技术与固定矫治技术疗效及对牙周健康、生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术与固定矫治技术的疗效及对牙周健康、生活质量的影响。方法:80例需行牙齿正畸治疗的患者,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),观察组采用无托槽隐形矫治术进行治疗,对照组采用固定矫治技术治疗,比较两组临床指标(转位牙扭正时间、倾斜牙矫正时间及治疗时间)、治疗前后牙周健康指标[牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟探诊深度(SPD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)]及口腔健康相关生活质量评分变化情况。结果:观察组转位牙扭正时间、倾斜牙矫正时间及治疗时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后上述指标均无明显变化(P>0.05),对照组除SPD外,其它指标均显著增加(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PLI显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后OHIP评分显著改善,且观察组治疗后明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相比于固定矫治术,无托槽隐形矫治技术有助于促进牙周健康,提升口腔健康相关生活质量,疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of invisible orthodontic appliance and fixed orthodontic technique and its effect on periodontal health and quality of life.Methods:The 80 patients with orthodontic treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)by random number table,the observation group was treated with the invisible orthodontic,the control group was treated with fixed orthodontic technique,the clinical indexes(positive time,transposition of torsion of teeth inclined tooth correction time and treatment time)、Periodontal health index(periodontal index(GI),gingival sulcus probing depth(SPD),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI))and oral health-related quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The correct time of orthodontic teeth,the time of orthodontic treatment and the time of treatment in the observation group were significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);No significant changes were observed in the observation group before and after treatment(P>0.05);The control group except SPD,other indicators were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The PLI in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The OHIP scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly improved,and the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the fixed orthodontic treatment,the treatment of invisible orthodontic is helpful to promote the periodontal health and improve the quality of oral health related quality of life.The curative effect is remarkable,it is worthy of clinical application.
