低剂量沙利度胺治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察低剂量沙利度胺对轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的疗效。方法:轻型RAU患者77例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用沙利度胺+多维元素片治疗,对照组采用多维元素片治疗,疗程2月;整个过程记录不良反应及发病情况,治疗结束时观察近期疗效,结束后1年观察远期疗效。结果:治疗2个月后实验组总有效率(100%)高于对照组(68.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1年后复查,实验组总有效率(92.3%)高于对照组(63.15%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量沙利度胺+多维元素片联合治疗轻型RAU可以延长间歇期,减少发作次数和每次溃疡数量,且副反应少,可在临床应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of low dose thalidomide to mild recurrent aphthous ulcer.Methods:Select 77 cases with mild recurrent aphthous were randomly divided into experimental group with 39 cases and control group with 38 cases,the experimental group were cured with thalidomide combined with multivitamin and minerals tablet,and the control group were cured with multivitamin and minerals tablet,all for 2 months.Evaluated the short-term effects when the treatment ended,and evaluated the long-term effects when the treatment ended for one year,compared the two groups,curative effect.Results:At 2 months,the clinical symptoms in the experimental group improved,the total effective rate was 100%,better than the control group with 68.4%,the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05),evaluated the later result 1 year later,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.3%,better than that of the control group with 63.15%,the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results suggested that the low dose of thalidomide in combination with multivitamin and minerals tablet are more effective for the treatment of mild RAU,with little side effects,it can be use for clinical reference.
