创新型病员服在妇科手术后卧床患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨创新型病员服在妇科术后卧床患者中的使用效果。方法将新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院2017年1-5月妇科手术后患者300人,按术后返回病房单双号,分为2组,单号组为实验组,使用创新型病员服;双号组为对照组,使用传统病员服。通过术后卧床患者在输液、心电监护、各类引流管、中心静脉置管、及医护治疗护理过程中不同病员服带给患者及医护人员的感受,进行患者满意度、舒适美观、暴露程度、方便程度以及工作人员满意度调查对比。结果观察组在患者满意度、舒适美观度、暴露程度、穿着方便程度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护士满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创新型病员服能为妇科术后卧床患者带来更多的便捷与舒适,操作简单易行,省时、省力,提高了患者、工作人员的满意度。Objective To explore innovative effects in the use of clothes for bedridden patients after gynecological surgery.Methods 300 gynecological surgery patients from January to May 2017 in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were divided into two groups according to the postoperative returned ward sequence number:the single numbers as the experimental group patients wore the innovative patient clothes and the even numbers as the control group wore the traditional patient clothes.By the experience of patients and medical staff brought by different patient′s clothing on infusion,ECG monitoring,various drainage tube,central venous catheter,patient satisfaction,comfort and aesthetics,exposure,convenience and staff satisfaction on the innovative clothes were investigated and compared.Results The patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group in terms of patient satisfaction,comfort,aesthetics,exposure,and convenience,where there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative patient's clothes brought more convenience and comfort for the bedridden patients after gynecological surgery.The wearing operation was simple and easy,saving time and effort,and improving the satisfaction of patients and staff.
