摘  要:采用轴流风机工程方法和S2设计方法设计了三种不同叶片角的机车用斜流风机,利用三维雷诺平均N-S方程和SST湍流模型,数值模拟了斜流风机的内部流场和气动性能,并通过试验验证了风机的性能。结果表明:叶片前缘、中部和尾缘的角度对斜流风机的内流场和气动性能影响较大。叶片进、出口角增加8°~10°,同时降低中部角度与尾缘角度的差距,压力-效率曲线呈抛物线分布。在设计点附近,风机效率提高约5%。叶片前缘吸力面的静压分布更加平缓,背力面5%叶高处静压分布明显改善,没有出现分离区域,叶片载荷分布更加均匀。斜流风机仿真与试验对比,全压相差不过3%,效率相差不到4%,结果基本一致。Three kinds of diagonal flow fans with different blade angles for locomotives are designed by the axial flow fan design method and the S 2 calculation method,and the three-dimensional Reynolds averaged N-S equations and the SST turbulence model are used to simulate the flow field and aerodynamic performance of the diagonal flow fan.An experiment is used to test the fan performance.The results show that the blade angles of leading edge,middle region,and trailing edge have great effect on the flow field and aerodynamic performance of the diagonal flow fan.When the blade angles of the leading edge and the trailing edge increase 8°-10°with the reduction of the difference between the blade angles of the middle region and the trailing edge,the efficiency curve of the diagonal flow fan presents a parabolic distribution,and the efficiency can be improved by 5%.In the same conditions,the pressure distribution of the suction surface of the blade front tends to be smooth;the pressure distribution of the pressure surface at the location of 5%span is largely improved;the separation zone and separation flow loss reduce significantly;and the blade load distribution is increasingly uniform.The performance of diagonal flow fan is compared between that from the simulation and from the experiment.The difference of total pressure is only 3%,and the efficiency difference is less than 4%.The result are consistent.
