摘 要:为研究钢板弹簧的片间动摩擦特性,提出一种少片钢板弹簧片间动摩擦系数计算方法。首先根据少片钢板弹簧的变形运动学特性,推导出少片钢板弹簧动摩擦系数与静摩擦系数的关系;然后分别基于力学法和能量法建立少片钢板弹簧静摩擦系数计算模型,根据摩擦功相等原理,得出板簧静摩擦系数计算方法;最后根据钢板弹簧动、静摩擦系数的关系,推导出少片钢板弹簧片间动摩擦系数计算方法。计算结果表明:摩擦系数的计算值和实际工况值基本吻合。以某企业实际板簧为例,对上述计算模型进行了实验验证。In order to study the dynamic friction characteristics of the leaf spring,a method for calculating the dynamic friction coefficient between the spring sheets is proposed.Firstly,according to the deformation kinematic characteristics of the leaf spring,the relationship between the dynamic friction coefficient and the static friction coefficient of the spring is deduced.Then,based on the mechanics method and the energy method,the static friction coefficient calculation models of the leaf spring are established respectively.According to the principle of friction work,the calculation method of static friction coefficient of the leaf spring is obtained.Finally,according to the relationship between the dynamic and static friction coefficients of the leaf spring,the calculation method of the friction coefficient between the spring pieces is deduced.The calculation results show that the computed values of the friction coefficient are in good agreement with the values in the actual working condition tests.The above calculation model is verified experimentally by an actual leaf spring.
