新媒体环境下高校思想政治教育实效性探析

摘　　要：新媒体环境下,大学生思想政治教育实效性存在缺乏有效的管理监督和正确引导,思想政治内容的现实性与针对性不强,新媒体的资源没有得到充分有效的利用等问题。通过转变新媒体环境下高校思想政治教育的理念,创新大学生思想政治教育的内容,加强大学生思想政治教育队伍的建设,拓展大学生思想政治教育的新阵地等对策提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性,以积极应对新媒体环境下高校思想政治教育带来的机遇与挑战。Under the new media environment,there were some problems in the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students,for instance,the education lacked effective managerial supervision and correct guidance,the reality and the pertinence of the ideological and political content were not strong enough,and the resources of the new media had not been fully and effectively utilized.In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students,the colleges and universities should take some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students,such as changing the concept and innovating the content of ideological and political education of college students,strengthening the construction of ideological and political education team,and expanding the new position of ideological and political education,which actively responded to the opportunities and challenges brought by ideological and political education under the new media environment.
