摘 要:"全省藏汉双语教育研讨会"于2016年7月12日在甘肃民族师范学院举行,通过大会交流,明确了甘肃省藏区藏汉双语教育的现状:甘肃省藏区藏汉双语教育以藏语为主、以汉语为主和普通类三类教育模式并存;部分县市的小学、中学的生师比例较低。指出了甘肃省藏区藏汉双语教育存在的问题:双语教师紧缺;双语教师专业发展缓慢;双语辅助教材匮乏;县乡差异明显;高考升学录取率低;乡级学校硬件设施薄弱。分享了藏汉双语教育实践探索的做法:专门成立双语协调机构;明确办学定位、目标和特色;加强学校双语文化建设工作;双语教师专业发展的具体办法;深入开展民族团结教育。提出了推进甘肃省藏区藏汉双语教育改革的思路:深入推进义务教育均衡发展;进一步认识双语教育的重要意义;解决双语教师结构性短缺问题;加快双语教材和教辅资料建设;加强双语教研教改。"The Chinese Tibetan bilingual education seminar held in Gansu Normal University for Nationalities in July 12,2016,through the exchange of the general assembly,the present situation of Gansu province Chinese Tibetan bilingual education in Tibetan areas of Gansu Province are:the coexistence of the three kinds of Chinese Tibetan bilingual education mode;Student to Teacher Ratio is low in the part of the city primary school and middle school.Pointed out that the Gansu Chinese Tibetan bilingual education problems are:shortage of bilingual teachers;professional development of bilingual teachers is slowly;Lack of bilingual teaching materials;The difference between county and township is obvious;the low acceptance rate of college entrance examination;the teaching hardware facilities is weak in township schools.The practice of Chinese Tibetan bilingual education practice is explored,including:establishing coordinating bilingual institutions,defining orientation,goals and characteristics,strengthening bilingual culture construction,developing specific methods for bilingual teachers,and carrying out national unity education.Put forward to promote Gansu province Chinese Tibetan bilingual education reform ideas:to further promote the balanced development of compulsory education;further understanding the important significance of bilingual education;solve the problem of structural shortage of bilingual teachers;speed up the construction of bilingual textbooks and supplementary materials;strengthen teaching reform.
