摘  要:新疆南疆地区学前双语教育事业具有自身的发展历程,其质量提升具有紧迫性和重要性。但当前面临着"硬件""软件"设施建设滞后、学前双语教师综合素质不高、支教干部作用发挥不明显等困境,可通过加大政策和资金倾斜力度、建立系统化的师资培养机制、完善支教干部的规范管理等措施提升南疆学前双语教育质量,从而推动南疆学前双语教育事业蓬勃发展。The preschool bilingual education enterprise in the southern area of XinJiang has its own development course,and its quality is of great importance and urgency.But currently,the preschool bilingual education cause is facing a lot of difficulties,such as"Hardware""Software"facilities has lagged behind,the preschool bilingual teachers'comprehensive quality is not high,the teaching effect of volunteer cadres is not obvious.Therefore,the Local government departments can improve the quality of the southern area of XinJiang preschool bilingual education to promote the southern area of XinJiang preschool bilingual education enterprise vigorous development by increasing policy and funding tilt,establishing a systematic teacher training system,improving the standard management of volunteer cadres.
