两种过氧化氢蒸汽发生器在生物安全三级实验室中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的观察两种过氧化氢蒸汽发生器分别对生物安全三级实验室的房间及传递窗的空间和内表面的灭菌效果。方法采用载体定性杀菌试验方法,检测不同浓度的过氧化氢空间分布量对密闭房间和传递窗的熏蒸消毒灭菌效果,同时还检测了同一浓度的过氧化氢空间分布量对不同体积密闭房间的熏蒸消毒灭菌效果。结果用BIOQUELL Z-2型过氧化氢蒸汽发生器对房间进行灭菌验证,当过氧化氢空间分布量达到10 g/m^3时可以将放置在房间内不同位置的嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌载体完全杀灭;采用10 g/m^3的过氧化氢空间分布量对5个不同体积的房间进行灭菌验证,均可以达到灭菌效果。用BIOQUELL L-2型过氧化氢蒸汽发生器对传递窗进行灭菌验证,用25 g过氧化氢可以将放置在传递窗内不同位置的嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌载体完全杀灭。结论 BIOQUELL Z-2和BIOQUELL L-2型过氧化氢蒸汽发生器均可用于生物安全三级实验室房间和传递窗的消毒灭菌,灭菌效果符合要求。Objective To observe the sterilization efficacy of two hydrogen peroxide vapor generators in indoor air and surface of biosafety level-3 laboratory and pass-through box.Methods A carrier qualitative germicidal test method was applied to observe the sterilization efficacy of different hydrogen peroxide dosage in space and on the surface of the enclosed room and pass-through box,and the sterilization efficacy of the selected hydrogen peroxide dosage in space and on surface of the enclosed rooms with various volume was also detected.Results When hydrogen peroxide vapor reached 10 g/m3,all the carriers of Bacillus stearothermophilus put in different places of the enclosed room were killed completely by BIOQUELL Z-2 hydrogen peroxide vapor generator,and the carriers of Bacillus stearothermophilus put in the 5 enclosed rooms with different volumes were all killed too.Furthermore,the carriers of Bacillus stearothermophilus put in different places of the pass-through box were completely killed when hydrogen peroxide vapor was 25 g using BIOQUELL L-2 hydrogen peroxide vapor generator.Conclusion BIOQUELL Z-2 and BIOQUELL L-2 hydrogen peroxide vapor generators could be used in the biosafety level-3 laboratory for the sterilization of the enclosed rooms and pass-through box.
