摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊(培菲康)联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血清中炎症因子及环氧酶-2(COX-2)水平含量的影响。方法选取2012年1月至2016年12月消化内科门诊及住院的UC患者55例,采用随机数表法分为对照组(27例)和观察组(28例),对照组给予美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用培菲康,4周为1个疗程,均治疗2个疗程。观察两组临床疗效、症状改善情况,比较治疗前后白介素6(IL-6)、IL-10、IL-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、COX-2水平。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,治疗后大便次数、大便性状、血便、腹痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-17、COX-2低于对照组,IL-10高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论培菲康联合美沙拉嗪可降低机体炎性反应和COX-2水平,改善临床症状,疗效确切。To investigate the effect of Bifico combined with mesalazine on the levels of serum inflammatory factors and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Fifty-five UC patients treated in our department from January 2012 to December 2016 were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=28)and observation group(n=27).Both groups were treated with mesalazine.The observation group was additionally treated with Bifico.One course of treatment was 4 weeks and the both groups were treated for 2 courses.The clinical efficacy and relief of symptoms in the two groups were observed,and the levels of interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 10(IL-10),interleukin 17(IL-17),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and COX-2 were compared before and after treatment.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of stool frequency,stool shape,bloody stool and abdominal pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-6,IL-17 and COX-2 in the observation group were lower while IL-10 level was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Bifico combined with mesalazine can reduce the inflammatory reaction and COX-2 level and relieve the clinical symptoms.The curative effect is obvious.
