摘  要:目的:探讨Sandwich教学法在医学信息检索与利用教学中应用与实践效果。方法:选择两个本科药学班共98名2017年进入医学信息检索与利用课程学习的学生,随机分为实验组(Sandwich组,49人)和对照组(传统教学组,49人)。利用测验成绩和问卷形式评价教学效果。结果:实验组考核成绩明显高于对照组,实验组学生对Sandwich教学法主观认为教学效果较好。结论:Sandwich教学法可以激发学习兴趣,培养学生分析和解决问题的能力,同时提高学生表达、沟通和团队协作能力等,取得了良好的教学效果,是一种可推广的医学信息检索与利用教学方法。Objective:To investigate the teaching effects of application and practice of Sandwich teaching mode in medical information retrieval and utilization teaching.Methods:Totally 98 undergraduate medicine students who underwent medical information retrieval and utilization teaching in 2017 were divided randomly into two groups:experimental group(Sandwich mode,49)and blank group(traditional mode,49).Questionnaires and test results were analyzed and evaluated teaching modes.Rusults:Test score of students in Sandwich group was higher than those in traditional teaching group(P<0.001).The students in the experimental group thought that the teaching effect of Sandwich teaching method was more effective and better than traditional mode.Conclusion:The initiative and enthusiasm were mobilized fully by the Sandwich teaching mode,and the skills of analysis and problem solving were enhanced by the Sandwich teaching mode,moreover,skills of expression,communication and coorperation also were improved significantly.The teaching effect was obtained well and effectively by sandwich teaching mode in medical information retrieval and utilization teaching,Sandwich teaching mode would be applied and popularized.
