基于DEA模型我国R&D投入效率实证分析

摘　　要：在经济迅速发展和面临转型的中国,R&D投入对一个省市的经济突破瓶颈和持续发展是十分重要的,我国各省市都比较重视R&D投入。文章以我国部分省市的R&D的经费投入和人员投入为切入点,基于DEA模型的假设,利用DEAP 2.1软件测试部分省市的R&D投入效率,结论证明我国大部分省市的R&D投入效率都比较高,但在经费和人员的投入效率上仍有较大的提高空间。In the rapid economic development and transformation,China's R&D investment is very important for the economic breakthroughs and sustainable development of a province and municipality.All provinces and cities in our country pay more attention to R&D investment.Based on the assumption of DEA model,this paper uses DEAP 2.1 software to test the efficiency of R&D investment in some provinces and cities.The conclusion proves that the efficiency of R&D investment in most provinces and cities in our country is relatively high.However,there is still much room for improvement in the efficiency of funding and staffing.
