摘 要:从积极心理学视阈关注高校青年女教师主观幸福感,探讨高校青年女教师幸福感现状,从心理压力带来的消极情绪困扰、职业高要求造成的幸福体验受阻、职业价值取向偏差引起的满足感欠缺三方面对高校青年女教师幸福感缺失缘由进行分析,建议从增强积极情绪、塑造积极心态,营造积极关系、寻求积极改变,挖掘积极品质、形成积极自我三方面提高高校青年女教师幸福感指数,以期为高校实施人文化人性化管理提供参考。The paper explores subjective well-being of young female teachers in higher institutes from the perspective of positive psychology to shed light on the status of their happiness,and probes into lower levels of happiness from different causes such as mental stress,high career demand and deviation of career values.Accordingly,the paper proposes improving their happiness index by heightening positive emotions and mental attitudes,by building up positive relationship to seek positive changes,and by developing positive qualities to shape positive mentality.It provides reference for the humanized management of human culture in higher institutes.
