摘　　要：毕业实习是大学实践教学的重要环节。针对毕业实习存在的各种问题,以华南理工大学食品质量与安全专业毕业实习为例,探讨了相关对策,提出相应成绩评定方法,以期不断完善本科生毕业实习管理。Graduation practice is a vital part of practical teaching for the undergraduates,this article takes the graduation practice of the undergraduates majoring in food quality and safety from SCUT as an example to research the problems in graduation practice of the undergraduates.To improve the graduation practice management,this article analyzes several issues associated with the graduation practice,discusses prospective solutions and puts forward an improved method for the grade assessment.
