摘　　要：随着互联网技术在社会各领域的广泛应用,以互联网为基础形成的众包模式逐渐出现在人们的视野中,传统的企业管理模式已经难以满足现代企业的发展需求。鉴于此,首先,对互联网众包模式进行了简单的论述,并分析了互联网众包及威客模式的发展现状;其次,论述了互联网众包对现代企业管理模式的创新启示;最后,探讨了互联网众包在现代企业创新管理模式中的应用及发展。希望此研究能够为现代企业管理提供有价值的参考。With the wide application of internet technology in various fields of society,the crowdsourcing model based on the internet gradually appears in people's view,and the traditional enterprise management model is difficult to meet the development needs of modern enterprises.In viewof this,first of all,this paper discusses the internet crowdsourcingmode,and divides the development status of the internet crowdsourcing and the witkeymode;Secondly,this paper discusses the innovation revelation of internet crowdsourcing to modern enterprise management mode;Finally,the application and development of internet crowdsourcing in modern enterprise innovation management are discussed.It ishopedthat thispaper canprovidevaluable reference formodern enterprisemanagement.
