摘　　要：目的:综述四白穴的理论、临床及机理研究概况。方法:以四白穴的理论源流、临床应用及机理研究进行文献检索,查阅并筛选近30年相关资料进行归纳分析总结。结果:四白穴的记载最早见于《黄帝内经》中,历代临床医家主要应用其治疗头面部、胆道及胃肠道疾病等,现代实验研究主要从信息传导、激素分泌、胃肠及胆道运动及基因表达角度,探求四白穴的临床作用机理。结论:四白穴临床涉及病症广泛,疗效确切,机理研究表明针刺四白穴可从多种途径调节机体功能,且其对胃的调控作用具有一定的穴位特异性,其效应优于足三里穴。Objective:To review the theories,clinical application and mechanism study of point Sibai(ST2).Methods:This study reviewed relative literature on the theory resource,clinical application,and the mechanism research of point ST2 in the past 30 years.Results:Point ST2 was firstly recorded in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal,it was mainly used in the treatments of head and facial diseases,biliary tract diseases and gastrointestinal diseases.The modern research was carried out,from the aspect of information conduction,hormone secretion,the movement of gastrointestinal tract and biliary tract,as well as gene expression,to explore the mechanism of its clinical action.Conclusion:The clinical indication of point ST2 is extensive with its obvious curative effect.The mechanism study showed needling the point can regulate body function from a variety of ways,its regulation effect on stomach has a certain acupoint specificity,which is superior to point Zusanli(ST36).
