腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术用于子宫肌瘤治疗中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫肌瘤治疗中应用腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗的临床价值。方法方便选择该院2016年7月—2017年6月采取腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者31例作为研究组,常规开腹治疗的20例子宫肌瘤患者作为对照组,记录两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间,同时检测治疗前后雌激素受体(ER)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、孕激素受体(PR),采取统计学分析。结果两组患者在治疗前ER、EGFR、PR比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组均显著低于对照组[(1.27±0.32)%vs(1.56±0.49)%,(1.22±0.34)%vs(1.76±0.56)%,(1.45±0.28)%vs(1.72±0.43)%,P<0.05]。结论子宫肌瘤治疗中应用腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗,相比常规开腹治疗,更值得借鉴。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 31 cases in this hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 to take laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for treatment of uterine fibroids as study group,20 cases of uterine fibroids patients with conventional open treatment as the control group,the bleeding time of operation,intraoperative and postoperative complications,anal exhaust time,postoperative ambulation time,hospitalization time,and measured before and after the treatment of estrogen receptor(ER),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and progesterone receptor(PR)were analyzed and compared in both groups.Results In the two groups of patients before treatment,ER,EGFR,PR had no significant difference(P>0.05),the research group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group[(1.27±0.32)%vs(1.56±0.49)%,(1.22±0.34)%vs(1.76±0.56)%,(1.45±0.28)%vs(1.72±0.43)%,P<0.05].Conclusion The application of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids,compared with conventional laparotomy,is more worthy of reference.
