摘　　要：医学生的思想政治教育不仅关系到医学人才的培养,也关系到培养具有良好职业道德的医务人员。马卡连柯的教育思想对于当前医学生的思想政治教育仍有借鉴的意义。马卡连柯教育思想体系的核心是集体主义教育,前景教育理论是其遵循思想品德教育和政治教育的客观规律提出的指导思想和原则。在当前信息多元化背景下,借鉴前景教育理论,由简单到复杂可以激发医学生的学习兴趣,提高医学生的职业认同和学习积极性,加强社会责任感,实现思想政治教育的新突破。The ideological and political education of medical students is not only related to the cultivation of medical personnel,but also to the training of medical staff with good professional ethics.Makarenko’s educational thought is also of reference to the ideological and political education of the current medical students.The core of Makarenko’s ideological education is the education system of collectivism.The outlook education follows the guiding ideology and principles of the objective laws of ideological and moral education and political Education.On the background of the current information diversification,it relies on the close range,medium range and distant vision outlook system theory and education idea from simple to complex to stimulate students’interest in learning’using cross links and the firm consistent ideological perspective.It improves medical students'occupation identity and learning enthusiasm,strengthens positive sense of social responsibility,and completes the new breakthroughs in ideological and political teaching.
