摘　　要：大汗腺癌伴乳房外Paget病临床罕见,本文通过回顾性分析2013年5月诊断的1例大汗腺癌伴乳房外Paget病患者相关资料,探讨大汗腺癌伴乳房外Paget病的临床表现、组织病理改变及免疫组化染色特征表现。Apocrine carcinoma with extramammary Paget disease is rare clinically.Clinical data about a case of apocrine carcinoma with extramammary Paget disease were retrospectively analyzed.The case was found on May 2013 in Tianjin Public Security Hospital.This article discussed the clinical conditions,histopathological changes and immunohistochemistry staining characteristics of apocrine carcinoma with extramammary Paget disease.
