地方医学院校服务地方模式调查分析——以海南医学院为例

摘　　要：本文结合对海南医学院教学服务能力的调查分析,认为作为海南省唯一一所医学类院校,其独特的区位优势和战略优势并没有得到很好的突显,主要表现在服务模式单一、与地方政府联系不够紧密、教学质量和效果不高等问题;该校应结合自身的特点和实际,从服务地方经济社会发展的角度转变办学定位,拓宽服务社会的口径,进一步发挥医学人才培养优势,为健康海南做出有意义的实践探索。Combined with the investigation and analysis of the teaching service ability of Hainan Medical University,we found that its unique geographical advantages and strategic advantages have not been well highlighted as the only medical university in Hainan Province,mainly manifested in its single service mode,disconnection with the local government and low teaching quality and effect.To improve the situation,the university should orient itself to the angle of serving local economic and social development combined with its characteristics and realities,and it should also broaden the scope for serving the society and give full play to the advantages of medical talent training,so as to make meaningful practical explorations for a healthy Hainan.
