摘  要:目的:研究酸奶包装、饮用方式与酸奶残留关系及其对策。方法:选用7种中国市场最常见的包装酸奶,用电子天平二次称重,计算出饮用酸奶后酸奶残留量,观察不同包装酸奶饮用方式与酸奶残留量关系、相同包装酸奶不同饮用方式与酸奶残留关系。结果:不调整吸管,直接饮用爱克林壶和塑料袋的酸奶残留量最小,然后依次为玻璃瓶和利乐冠、屋顶盒、利乐钻,塑料杯的酸奶残留量最大;塑料袋用吸管饮用方式酸奶残留量最小,塑料杯揭开盖子用吸管饮用和揭开盖子用勺子食用残留量最小,屋顶盒用反复调整吸管饮用残留量最小,利乐钻用展开四角饮用酸奶残留量最小,爱克林壶消费者用吸管饮用并挤压残留量最小;85.81%和65.88%消费者分别在饮用塑料杯和利乐钻时选用了残留量最大的饮用方式。结论:酸奶饮用后残留普遍存在,不同的包装、不同的饮用行为方式残留量差别很大,选择好的包装、好的饮用方式可明显减少残留,笔者提出解决的对策是在包装盒配有饮用工具及清楚的饮用说明,可以大幅度降低残留量,减少浪费。Objective:To study the relationship between different packages,drinking ways of yogurt,yogurt residue left after and its countermeasures.Method:To choose 7 most common packaged yoghurt in China market,weighing two times with electronic balance.Calculate the amount of residue left after drinking yoghurt,compare the amount of yogurt residue when used different methods of consumption on different types of packaging;compare the amount of yogurt residue when used different methods of consumption on same types of packaging.Results:Direct drinking(without adjustment of the straw)from Ecolean packaging and plastic bags resulted the lesser amount of residues.On the other side Glass bottle and Tetra Top,Gable Top Cartons,tetra prisma packaging,plastic cups contain the larger amounts of residues.Drinking from a plastic bag package with a straw reduces the residue amount.Taking of the plastic cup’slid and use a straw or a spoon,reduces the residue amount.repeatedly adjusting the straw on Gable Top Cartons package reduces the residue amount.Unfolding the four corners of Tetra Top package before drinking reduces the residue amount.Using a straw and squeezing Ecolean packaging reduces the residue amount.However,85.81%and 65.88%consumers of plastic cups and tetra prisma packaging,respectively,chose to use the method that leaves the larger amount of residues when drinking yoghurt.Conclusion:After drinking yoghurt there are always residues left,different packaging and different drinking methods lead to different amount of residues.The selection of yoghurt package and the adoption of a good method of drink,can clearly reduce the amount of residue.The solution we put forward is to provide proper drinking tools on the package box,and clearer and easy spot drinking instructions.We can significantly reduce the amount of residue and reduce waste of materials.
