腹式及阴式子宫切除术在子宫肌瘤治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹式及阴式子宫切除术在子宫肌瘤治疗中的临床效果。方法以2010年1月至2016年12月我院收治的64例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序将患者分为对照组和研究组,各32例。对照组患者采用腹式子宫切除术,研究组患者采用阴式子宫切除术。比较两组患者的手术情况、治疗前、后卵巢功能及术后并发症发生率。结果研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间及住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的E2、FSH及LH水平组间及组内比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与腹式子宫切除术比较,阴式子宫切除术应用于子宫肌瘤的临床治疗中可有效缩短手术时间、排气时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量,更有利于患者术后康复。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods From January 2010 to December 2016,64 cases of uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with abdominal hysterectomy,and the study group was treated by vaginal hysterectomy.The operation condition,ovarian function before and after treatment and postoperative incidences of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of E2,FSH and LH between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in total incidences of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with abdominal hysterectomy,vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively shorten the operation time,exhaust time and hospitalization time and reduce intraoperative blood loss,which is more conducive to postoperative rehabilitation.
