水产类卓越农林人才培养的探索与实践——以大连海洋大学为例

摘　　要：卓越农林人才培养的核心是强化实践教学。高校应当以培养适应农业经济发展需要的专门人才为目标,以加强校企合作为抓手,不断推进实践教学改革,探索复合应用型卓越农林人才培养的新途径。通过系统分析目前水产类卓越农林人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,校企协同制定人才培养方案,强化"双师型"师资队伍建设,在加强校外实践基地建设、完善实践教学质量保障体系等方面采取一系列行之有效的措施和办法,不断提高水产类卓越人才的培养质量。The core of the cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents is to strengthen the practice teaching.In order to explore a new way to cultivate talents with compound applications for the needs of agricultural economic development,it should aim at strengthening school enterprise cooperation and constantly promoting the reform of practice teaching.Based on the analysis of the main problems of the current personnel training process,talent training scheme is developed.This scheme strengthens teachers team construc?tion and the construction of the practice base outside school,improve the teaching quality assurance system by a series of effective mea?sures,and constantly improves the quality of training.
