摘 要:合作网络一直是网络研究的热点之一。与复杂网络、二分图相比较,超图能够更好地描述合作网络的信息。针对某消费品公司的矩阵制企业项目小组结构进行了研究,以职能部门的人员为节点,以项目小组作为超边,构建基于超图的矩阵制企业项目小组超网络拓扑结构;建立了节点具有竞争力的矩阵制企业项目小组的非均齐超网络形成机制,体现了项目小组的变化和增加过程。通过结果分析发现矩阵制企业项目小组中存在关键人员,而且矩阵制企业项目小组中存在多重领导,对人员的绩效考核与薪酬调整都会起到影响作用。具体采取的建议措施包括要加强对项目小组的激励、加强团队文化建设等。该研究可以帮助理解自然界和社会中的很多合作网络的变化规律。The cooperation network has been one of the focuses of the network research.A hypergraph can better describe the information of the cooperation network compared with a complex network and a binary chart.This paper carried out the research in view of a matrix system enterprise project team of a consumer goods company.This paper regarded the person of the func-tional department as the node and the project team as the hyperedge to establish the topological structure of the hypernetwork based on the hypergraph.Then,it proposed the forming mechanism of non-uniform hypernetwork of the matrix system enterprise project team in which the nodes had the competitiveness.It reflected the changable and increasing process of the project team.Through the analysis of the results,it finds that there is the key personnel existed in the matrix system enterprise project team and there are the multiple-leaders existed in the matrix system enterprise project team which can influence the performance appraisal and compensation adjustment of the staff.Specific advices and measures include some aspects,such as the incentives of the project team and the construction of team culture etc.This study can further help people to understand the changeable rule of many cooperation networks in nature and society.
