生态工业园在沱牌舍得的实践

摘　　要：面对日益严峻的环境污染及资源匮乏问题,世界各国都在探寻环境和资源、环境和经济协调发展的可行之道。建设生态工业园是工业生态化和低碳化发展的根本途径。介绍了生态工业园的内涵、发展历程,并以沱牌舍得酒业生态酿酒工业园为例,系统探讨了生态酿酒工业园的设计原则、系统构成及在保持酿酒微生物多样性中的重要作用,同时,简要介绍了依托于生态酿酒工业园,沱牌舍得在供销链和营销链上采取的举措,对沱牌舍得生态酿酒工业园的生态、经济和社会效益做了概述。Facing the increasingly serious problems of environmental pollution and resource shortage,all countries are seeking the balance point between environment and resource,and between environment and economic development.It is firmly convinced that ecoindustrial park is an important solution to eco-industrialization.In this paper,the concept and the development process of ecological liquor-making industrial park were introduced.Furthermore,Tuopai Shede eco-industrial park was taken as the example to discuss the design principle and the system of eco-industrial park and its role in maintaining microbial diversity.Meanwhile,the measures implemented by Tuopai Shede Distillery in supply and marketing chain based on eco-industrial park were introduced,and the ecological,economic and social benefits of the ecological liquor-making industrial park were elaborated.
