中小板公司限售股解禁与送转股研究

摘　　要：本文以2015年12月31日之前在中小板公司为样本,将2010-2016年作为研究期间,利用多元线性回归模型分析限售股解禁对中小板公司送转比例的影响。结果表明:中小板限售股解禁公司的送转比例大于未解禁公司,并且其解禁比例越大,公司的送转比例就越高。This article uses the small and medium board company before Dec.31,2015 as a sample,and selects 2010-2016 as the study period,uses the multiple linear regression model to analyze the impact of the lifting of restricted stocks to the transfer ratio of small and medium-sized board companies during the period of 2010-2016.The results show that:the transferring ratio of the lifted small and medium-sized board restricted shares company is greater than that of companies that have not been lifted,and the greater the proportion of banned companies,the higher the transferring ratio of companies.
