摘　　要：目的比较电视胸腔镜与开胸食管癌切除术后细胞因子与肿瘤标志物含量的情况。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定30例开胸食管癌切除术患者和35例电视胸腔镜联合食管癌切除术患者血清中CRP,IL-1β,CA199和CA125的含量。结果电视胸腔镜联合食管癌切除术患者术后细胞因子CRP和IL-1β的含量显著低于开胸食管癌切除术患者;同时前者术后的肿瘤标志物CA199和CA125的含量也显著低于开胸组患者。结论电视胸腔镜联合食管癌切除术在术后炎症和肿瘤标志物方面较传统开胸食管癌切除时更具优势。Objective To compare the tumor biomarkers and cytokines in the patients of esophageal carcinoma between video assisted thoracic surgery(VATS)and open-thorax operation of esophageal carcinoma.Methods Double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to measure the concentrations of CRP,IL-1β,CA199 and CA125 in 35 VATS patients and 30 open-thorax operation of esophageal carcinoma patients.Results Compared with the open-thorax operation of esophageal carcinoma,the VATS patients had lower concentrations of CRP,IL-1β,CA199 and CA125 than those in open-thorax operation of esophageal carcinoma patients after surgery.Conclusion VATS has more advantages than that of open-thorax operation of esophageal carcinoma.
