摘　　要：职业院校是培育职业人才主阵地和科技创新的重要力量,面对新流通调整商科专业群、运用新技术提升职业岗位技能、适应新模式创新人才培养方式,都依赖于教师队伍,特别是从事社会服务与推广型的师资团队。遵循教师成长规律扶持科技服务水平,明确服务社会职能提升服务效益,深化产教融合培育教师技能,加强科研管理提高成果转化效率,探索提升新商科师资队伍质量的路径与措施。Vocational colleges are an important force for cultivating the main positions of professional talents and technological innovation.In the face of new circulation,adjustment of business professional groups,the use of new technologies to enhance vocational skills,and new models to adapt innovative personnel training methods,all rely on the teaching staff.It is engaged in social service and promotion teacher team.Follow the growth law of teachers to support the level of science and technology services,clarify the role of serving the community to improve service effectiveness,deepen the integration of production and education to cultivate teacher skills,strengthen scientific research management to improve the efficiency of results transformation,explore ways and measures to improve the quality of new business teachers.
