对伦理学基本问题的批判性反思

摘　　要：伦理学基本问题作为伦理学学科的一个核心问题,从费孝通最初提出到现在已有40余载,可对其确切的回答,大家还没有一个普遍认可的答案。简单梳理目前学界对伦理学基本问题的讨论,并对其进行评论。从伦理学学科体系的特殊性出发,认为对伦理学的基本问题应超越道德本体论的束缚,把其限制在道德价值论的基础之上。而伦理学的基本问题和其研究对象在根本上的一致性决定了对其的研究需从伦理学的研究对象道德入手,界定道德产生的根源就是伦理学基本问题。个人利益与他人利益的矛盾冲突是道德产生的根源,进而伦理学基本问题就是个人利益与他人利益的关系。As one of the core issues of ethics,the basic question of ethics has been put forward by Fei Xiaotong for more than 40 years,but there is no a universally accepted answer.We discuss the basic questions of ethics and comment on them.Based on the particularity of the ethics system,the basic problem of ethics should transcend the bondage of moral ontology and restrict it to the basis of moral axiology.The basic problem of ethics and its research object are fundamentally consistent,on this basis,from the research object“morality”of ethics,the conflict between individual interests and other interests is the root cause of morality,so the basic problem is that the relationship between personal interests and the interests of others.
