根尖刮治术与根尖切除联合根管倒充填术治疗难治性慢性根尖周炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较观察在难治性慢性根尖周炎患者治疗中应用根尖切除联合根管倒充填术与根尖刮治术的临床效果。方法2016年1月—2017年1月我院接诊的50例难治性慢性根尖周炎患者纳入本次研究,依照计算机表法分成A组(n=25)和B组(n=25),A组患者接受根尖切除联合根管倒充填术治疗,B组患者接受根尖刮治术治疗。结果通过为期1年的随访,A组的治疗总有效率(88.00%)高于B组(56.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根尖切除联合根管倒充填术对难治性慢性根尖周炎患者具有临床效果,更有利于炎症的消除。Objective To observe the clinical effect of root apical resection and root canal scraping in the treatment of patients with refractory chronic apical periodontitis.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,50 patients with refractory chronic periapical periodontitis were included in this study and divided into two groups:group A(n=25)and group B(n=25).Group A was treated with apical excision combined with root canal filling and group B was treated with apical curettage.Results The total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Root tip resection combined with root canal filling has a significant clinical effect on patients with refractory chronic apical periodontitis,which is more beneficial to the elimination of inflammation.
