摘　　要：目的 :调查上海徐汇区天平社区缺血性卒中患者的体质分布。方法 :以上海徐汇区天平社区1 003例缺血性卒中患者为调查对象,其中男性573例,女性430例,年龄45～100岁,平均年龄(65.14士8.67)岁;腔隙性脑梗死患者797例。应用中医9种基本体质分类和《中医体质分类判定标准》进行体质辨识评估。结果 :缺血性脑卒中患者以平和质最多,占22.7%,其次为气虚质和痰湿质,分别占20.4%和20.3%,。797例腔隙性脑梗死患者中是以平和质最多,占22.3%,其次为气虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质,分别占20.3%和18.8%、16.7%。结论:缺血性脑卒中患者以平和质、气虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质所占比例较高。社区可依据中医药体质理论开展脑卒中的预防和治疗。Objective:To investigate the distribution of constitution of TCM in patients with ischemic stroke in Tianping Community of Xuhui District,Shanghai.Methods:A total of 1 003 cases of ischemic stroke in Tianping Community of Xuhui District,Shanghai were selected as the objects.Among them,there were 573 males and 430 females,aged 45~100 years old,with the average age of(65.14士8.67)years;797 cases were ill with lacunar cerebral infarction.The 9 basic physique classifications of traditional Chinese medicine and the criterion for classification of Chinese medicine constitution were used to evaluate the constitution.Results:The patients with ischemic stroke had the highest level of gentle nature,accounting for 22.7%.The second was Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness,which accounted for 20.4%and 20.3%,respectively.Of the 797 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction,the most of them were gentle nature,accounting for 22.3%.The second was Qi deficiency,phlegm dampness and blood stasis,which accounted for 20.3%,18.8%and 16.7%,respectively.Conclusion:In patients with ischemic stroke,gentle nature,Qi deficiency,phlegm dampness,and blood stasis account for a higher proportion.The community can carry out the prevention and treatment of stroke according to the theory of constitution of TCM.
