摘  要:围术期心脏重症监护是心脏外科的重要部分,近年来发展迅速,但在专科教育培训方面尚薄弱。本教学研究设计5例典型模拟病例,以视频、图片、模拟人操作系统展现病例,尝试对10名有一定心外科基础的专科和住院医师进行心脏外科重症监护培训,学员通过预习、讨论、总结等训练临床思维,补充知识点。本教学方案有助于学员迅速提高临床诊疗能力,掌握知识要点,教学效率高。Perioperative cardiovascular critical care is an important subspecialty in cardiovascular surgery,and has grown rapidly in recent years.But the training system is inadequate.In this paper we developed 5 typical cases for simulation training.The simulation included video,pictures and operation system.10 cardiovascular fellows and residents were trained for cardiovascular critical care by the simulation through preview,discussion and summary to strengthen medical ability.The simulationbased learning was effective for trainees to improve clinical skills and knowledge quickly.
