对规范化培训制度下影像专业研究生培养模式的思考

摘　　要：目前由于医疗新政策的出台,影像专业研究生面临新的格局,需要探索出住院医师规范化培训制度下影像专业研究生新型培养模式。改善原有培养模式使之适应教学改革并提高教学质量成为亟待解决的教育问题。本文通过对目前影像专业研究生规范化培训现状进行分析,查找发现问题,从而构建新格局下影像专业研究生新型培养模式,提升研究生培养质量。At present,due to the introduction of new medical policy,image postgraduates are confronted with a new pattern.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a new training mode for image postgraduates under the standardized training system of residents.To improve the original training mode to adapt to the teaching reform and to improve the teaching quality has become an urgent education problem to be solved.In this paper,we analyze the status quo of the current standardization training for video majors and find the problems so as to build a new training model for postgraduates under the new pattern and enhance the quality of postgraduate training.
