摘　　要：细胞周期的失调控是乳腺癌进展的一个早期事件,细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)是参与细胞周期进展的重要因素之一,它在正常乳腺组织中正常表达,在乳腺癌组织中过表达,导致细胞周期调控失调,它是参与乳腺癌细胞早期形成和生长的癌基因。乳腺癌中β联蛋白的异常表达可通过Cyclin D1来激活,并且Cyclin D1的过表达与雌激素受体阳性表达呈正相关。Cyclin D1在乳腺癌中的表达情况对乳腺癌的分期、分级、乳腺癌的治疗(包括放疗、化疗、靶向治疗)选择以及预后判断均有重要意义。Dysregulation of cell cycle is an early event in breast cancer,and Cyclin D1 is one of the important factors involved in its progress.It is an oncogene involved in the early formation and growth of breast cancer cells.It is expressed in normal breast tissues and overexpressed in breast cancer tissues,leading to dysregulation of the cell cycle.Most studies show that the abnormal expression ofβ-catenin in breast cancer can be activated by Cyclin D1,and the overexpression of Cyclin D1 and estrogen receptor positive expression were positively correlated.The expression of Cyclin D1 in breast cancer is of great significance for the staging,grading,treatment(radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy)selection and prognosis of breast cancer.
