摘　　要：肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8(TNFAIP8或TIPE)家族是新发现的免疫和肿瘤调节因子。该家族的4个成员虽然在结构上高度同源,但表达、分布不同,对肿瘤的作用也有较大差异。TIPE是凋亡的负调节因子,能够促进肿瘤的发生、发展;TIPE1能够诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡从而发挥抑瘤作用;TIPE2是一种负调控因子,能够抑制肿瘤生长;TIPE3是磷脂酰肌醇第二信使的转运蛋白,能够影响肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖、侵袭和转移。随着对TIPE蛋白家族研究的不断深入,其在多种肿瘤中都发挥着重要作用,然而其调控肿瘤发生发展的具体分子机制还需深入研究。Tumor necrosis factorα-induced protein 8(TNFAIP8 or TIPE)family is a newly discovered immune and tumor regulatory factor.Although the four members of the family are highly homogeneous in structure,the expression and distribution are different so they have quite different effects on the occurrence and development of tumors.TIPE is a negative regulator of apoptosis,which can promote the development of tumors.TIPE1 shows an anti-tumor effect by inducing cell apoptosis.TIPE2 is a negative regulatory factor that can inhibit tumor growth.TIPE3 is a transfer protein of phosphatidylinositol second messenger that can affect the growth,proliferation,invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.With the further studies of TIPE family,it′s discovered that it plays important roles in a variety of tumors,but the specific molecular mechanisms still need further investigations.
