摘　　要：GINS复合物是一个环状核酸复制因子,其本质是一种复制解螺旋酶。近年来国内外研究发现GINS复合物在乳腺癌、黑色素瘤、肝癌等多种肿瘤中高表达,并促进肿瘤细胞的发生和发展。GINS2基因(又称PSF2基因)是GINS复合体的家族成员之一,在DNA复制和交叉链修复、维持染色体缩合及胚胎组织中特异性表达等生物学事件中发挥重要作用。GINS2基因在癌细胞中高表达,且与肿瘤的严重程度相关,越来越多的研究者将GINS2基因作为肿瘤基因治疗的理想靶点。GINS complex is a circular nucleic acid replication factor,which is actually a replicating helix.In recent years,researchers at home and abroad have found that GINS complex is highly expressed in many tumors such as breast cancer,melanoma and liver cancer,which promotes the occurrence and development of tumor cells.GINS2 gene(also known as PSF2 gene)is a member of the GINS family,which plays an important role in biological events such as DNA replication and cross-chain repair,maintenance of chromosome condensation and specific expression in embryonic tissues.GINS2 gene is highly expressed in cancer cells and is related to the severity of the tumor.More and more researchers use GINS2 gene as an ideal target for gene therapy of tumors.
