摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的可行性、安全性及肿瘤根治性效果。方法选择我院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的共30例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者作为观察组,另外选择30例传统开腹直肠癌根治术患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术中输血量、术后相关并发症情况、术后恢复情况及肿瘤标志物变化等。结果观察组手术相关指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后恢复情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组肿瘤根治情况显著优于对照组。结论腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的安全性较高,肿瘤根治性较好,可行性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the feasibility,safety and curative effect of radical resection of laparoscopic rectal cancer.Methods A total of 30 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group.Thirty patients with conventional open radical resection of rectal cancer were selected as the control group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative blood transfusion,postoperative complications,postoperative recovery and changes of tumor markers were compared between the two groups.Results The operation-related indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the recovery rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group tumor radical cure was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The safety of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer is high,and the curative effect of the tumor is good and feasible.It is worth to be popularized.
