小儿弱视患者应用阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗的临床效果及安全性探析

摘　　要：目的研究阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗对小儿弱视临床效果及安全性。方法选取2015年12月~2016年12月在我院治疗的小儿弱视患者46例,随机分为观察组和对照组各23例。对照组采用遮盖治疗法;观察组患者采用阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗依从性、视力、弱视眼球矫正球镜度数及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者在临床效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗依从性、视力提高、弱视眼球矫正球镜度数发生情况均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗临床效果显著及依从性较高,有助于提升患儿视力,改善小儿弱视患者的临床症状,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of atropine combined with short time occlusion in children with amblyopia.Methods Forty-six cases of amblyopia in children treated in our hospital were selected from December 2015 to December 2016,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,23 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with occlusion therapy,the patients in the observation group were treated with atropine combined with short time occlusion.The clinical efficacy,treatment compliance,vision,amblyopia correction degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance,visual improvement and amblyopia correction degree were higher than those of control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of atropine combined with short time occlusion has obvious clinical effect and high compliance.It is helpful to improve the vision of children and improve the clinical symptoms of children with amblyopia.
