摘　　要：目的总结56例上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者手术治疗的临床疗效。方法对56例上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中鼻内镜下微波微创治疗组20例(A组)、鼻内镜辅助鼻侧切开16例(B组)、鼻内镜联合Caldwell-Luc手术20例(C组),并对三组处理患者的住院时间、手术时间、鼻腔评分、术后并发症及复发率进行比较。结果鼻内镜下微波微创治疗组患者住院时间和手术时间短、复发率低、术后并发症发生率少。结论鼻内镜下微波治疗上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤,可提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective To summarize the clinical effect of surgical treatment for 56 cases of inverted papilloma of the maxillary sinus.Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of inverted papilloma of maxillary sinus were retrospectively analyzed.There were 20 cases with microwave minimally invasive treatment under nasal endoscope(group A),16 cases of nasal endoscopy assisted nasal side incision group(group B),20 cases of nasal endoscopy combined with Caldwell-Luc operation(group C).The hospitalization time,operative time,nasal score,postoperative complications and recurrence rate of three groups of patients were compared.Results Endoscopic microwave minimally invasive treatment group had shorter hospitalization time and operation time,lower recurrence rate and fewer postoperative complications.Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for maxillary sinus inverted papilloma can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
