摘　　要：通过对美国处方药供应链体系法律渊源、监管机构及其职责的分析,总结供应链中"物流、资金流、信息流"的运行模式,归纳美国处方药供应链体系的特点及其对我国的启示。Trough the analysis of the legal origin,regulators and their responsibilities of the supply chain system of prescription drugs in the United States,this paper summarized the operating modes of logistics,capital flow,and information flow in the chain,and induced the characteristics of the supply chain system of prescription drugs in the United States and its enlightenment to China.
