摘  要:对闽台16所高校弱势群体大学生参与体育课程的现状进行了调查研究,发现闽台两地的弱势群体大学生对参与体育运动有着不同的意愿,其中场地等因素并不是主要影响因素,而学校导向、学生心理等是主要影响因素.指出高等体育教育平等权,要切实面向弱势群体大学生,运用ICF对弱势群体大学生的体育能力进行评估,修订弱势群体大学生体育课程方案,开设专业的残疾人体育课程,培养全纳师资,建设专业的弱势群体体育场地,建立和健全《弱势群体大学生体育教育保障法》,推动弱势群体大学生体育运动的开展和普及,实现弱势群体大学生在全纳教育下的体育教育平等化.This paper investigates the present participation situation of the disadvantaged students from 16 colleges and universities in Fujian and Taiwan.It is found that disadvantaged students have different willingness to participate in sports,and the main factors are not playing sites but school guidance and their psychology.It is pointed out higher sports education equality should be applied for the students in disadvantaged groups.It is needed to evaluate students’sports abilities by ICF,revise programs of sports courses,set professional courses for the disabled,train special teachers and build special sports grounds for the disadvantaged groups.Meanwhile,we should perfect The Law of Guaranteeing the Physical Education of the Disadvantaged Groups of College Students to promote the development and popularization and realize the equality of sports education for the disadvantaged students under inclusive education concept.
