摘　　要：目的探讨Eph受体酪氨酸激酶A2(EphA2)和金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测76例大肠癌患者手术标本中癌组织和癌旁组织的EphA2蛋白和MMP-2蛋白表达情况。结果 EphA2蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达概率明显高于癌旁组织(92.10%比26.31%,P<0.05),MMP-2蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达概率同样明显高于癌旁组织(80.20%比15.90%,P<0.05);EphA2蛋白表达水平与组织分化程度大肠癌、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、年龄密切关联;MMP-2蛋白表达水平与大肠癌组织学分化程度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、年龄密切关联。结论 EphA2蛋白和MMP-2蛋白在大肠癌组织中的高表达可能在大肠癌的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To analyze the expresson of erythropoietin producing human hepatocellular receptor A2(EphA2)and MMP-2 in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with clinicpathological features and the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression of EphA2 and MMP-2 in 76 cases of human colorectal carcinoma tissues and non-can-cerous adjacent colorectal tissues were tested by immunohistochemical method.Results The expression of EphA2 in colorectal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues(92.10%vs 26.31%,P<0.001).The expression of MMP-2 in colorectal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in non-cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues(80.2%vs 15.90%,P<0.001).The expression of EphA2 was related to Dukes stage and histological grade,lymph node metastasis and age.There was a close correlation between the expression of MMP-2 and histological grade,lymph node metastasis and age.Conclusions The over-expression of EphA2 and MMP-2 may play an important role in the development of colorectal carcinoma.
