摘  要:目的探讨综合医院口腔科门诊预约资源优化策略。方法引入全预约理念和诊断资源拍卖品模型优化口腔门诊初诊、复诊的预约容量和调度方式。结果优化后,口腔门诊预约率从24.65%提高到93.88%,看诊人次增加20.13%,人数增加10.63%,医生加班看诊减少323患者人次(38.68%)。结论引入全预约理念和诊断资源拍卖品模型优化口腔门诊初诊、复诊的预约容量和调度方式,有利于改善门诊就诊秩序,提高医生看诊效率,减少加班成本。Objective:To study the strategy to optimize the appointment scheduling of dental clinic resources.Method:The full appointment and auction goods models were applied to optimize the appointment capacity and scheduling method of the initial diagnosis and revisiting of the oral clinic.Result:After the optimization,the appointment rate was hiked from 24.65%to 93.88%,the number of dental outpatients visiting raised 20.13%,the number of dental outpatients raised 10.63%,and the number of dental outpatients visiting during the dentist’s overtime work decreased 323(38.68%).Conclusion:The appointment capacity and scheduling method of the initial diagnosis and revisiting of the oral clinic is helpful to improve the order of outpatient service,improve the efficiency of doctors’diagnosis and treatment,and reduce overtime cost.
