摘　　要：大学生党员核心素养,是在国内外核心素养研究的基础上,针对大学生党员自身的特殊性构建而成的。随着“互联网+”时代的到来,其“巨量性、完备性、极速性”的时代特征,导致大学生党员的思维态度、行为方式等迅速发生转变,同时也给传统大学生党员培养模式带来巨大冲击和挑战。本研究立足于互联网时代背景,针对大学生党员核心素养的各项指标,利用“互联网+”技术,搭建资源共享平台、组建党建工作队伍、营造活动氛围、推进自主式培养、建立全方位评估体系五个方面构建大学生党员核心素养培养模式。Based on studies of domestic and international core literacy,the core quality of undergraduate party of members is built in consideration of the particularity of undergraduate Party members.With the advent of the era of“Internet plus”,characterized by“huge quantity,completeness and topspeed”,rapid changes in ways of thinking as well as behaving have taken place,which also have greatly impacted and challenged the traditional mode of training undergraduate Party members.Against the backdrop of the Internet era,aiming at the core accomplishment of college student party members,using“Internet plus”technology,this paper discusses how to build the core quality model for training undergraduate Party members by establishing the resource sharing platform,building the Party construction team,creating the activity atmosphere,promoting the autonomous training and setting up an all-around evaluation system.
