摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的不断发展,大学生的就业背景也发生了相应转变。新建地方本科院校的毕业生,其就业问题面临着严峻的挑战,主要表现在毕业生连年增长、就业率降低、就业质量下滑、自主创业步履维艰,等等。大学生就业难问题将会持续很长一段时间,更深层次的原因是毕业生不能完全适应我国社会经济的转型、经济增长导致就业弹性不高及受到制度限制等。要改变大学生的就业难问题,必须不断引导学生的正确就业观念。With the continuous development of social economy,the employment background of college students has also changed accordingly.Graduates from newly-established local colleges and universities face serious challenges in employment,which are mainly reflected in the successive year-on-year growth of graduates,lower employment rate,declining employment quality and difficulty in starting their own businesses.The problem of employment difficulties for university graduates will continue for a long period of time.The deeper reason is that graduates cannot fully adapt to the transformation of China’s social economy,economic growth leads to low employment flexibility and institutional restrictions.To change the employment difficulties of college students,we must continue to guide students’correct employment concepts.
